My name is Jhosimar Owner and operator of Serrano Jr landscaping. Our business was established in 2019. However, we have been in the landscaping industry for the last 21 years. My passion for landscaping started at the age of 12. My dad would pick me up after school to help him maintain his accounts. For me it wasn’t just a job, but a way to build a relationship with my dad.
My love for landscaping only grew as time went by. Throughout the years my work ethic grew and so did my customer service. Here at Serrano Jr Landscaping our goal is to transform your property into a work of art, and provide you with exceptional service.

Dump Trailer Rental
Our dump trailer fee includes service within a 20 mile radius of Chico. For an additional fee we can serve surrounding areas.
17 Yard dump trailer rental starting at $350. Our fee includes drop-off, one ton of waste, and pick-up. Each additional ton is $85. Dump trailer is great for demolition, remodels, landscaping projects, seasonal clean up and much more.

What items are not allowed?
Hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, oils, fuels, pesticides, acids, paints, cleaners, degreasers, radioactive materials, explosives, septic tank plumbing, raw sewage, sludge, semisolids, infectious waste, refrigerators, and more. Do I need to be there when the trailer is delivered?
We prefer someone to be available when the trailer is delivered. However, we will do our best to place the trailer in a desirable area, provided the driver can safely maneuver. If upon delivery no one is available, the driver will place the trailer in the most accessible location.
Will the trailer cause any damage to my property?
We do our best when delivering and picking up the trailer. Of course, these trailers are heavy to start off and heavier when loaded. If you are worried about the area where the trailer will be dropped, we highly suggest laying plywood. Serrano Jr. Landscaping is not responsible for any damages on the surface where a trailer may be located, but we will do our best to accommodate all needs.
When is the trailer picked up?
We typically pick the trailer up at the end of the scheduled pickup date or earlier if desired. Simply call us if you want the trailer picked up earlier.
How can I pay for the dump trailer?
We take cash, company checks, credit cards and debit cards. We can send a preliminary invoice or accept payment over the phone before dropping off the dump trailer. If you are paying cash or with a company check, initial payment will be due upon delivery of the dump trailer. We will follow up with an additional invoice if the waste is over a ton.
Do you keep a card on file?
Yes, we do.
